Sarah Moss, AMFT
About Sarah Moss, AMFT:
Sarah is passionate about healing the soul and walking alongside each person under her care. Through this journey towards reconnecting to the authentic self, Sarah believes therapy brings people decreasing suffering while reclaiming the direction of their lives. Sarah has experience in working with addiction, codependency, betrayal trauma, disordered eating, and with couples. She believes no single approach is the right one for every individual, and therefore utilizes a range of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, the Multi-Dimensional Partner Trauma Model, and EMDR. With her non-pathologizing approach to psychological care, Sarah works to bring forth each person’s instinctual capacity to heal.
Sarah is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. When Sarah isn’t in her role as a therapist, you can find her playing with her kiddos and dog, immersing herself in nature, or reconnecting with her Midwestern roots.
