Out of Pocket / Cash Pay

While we do take many insurances and offer “Super Bills” to those who have an insurance plans that permit “Out of Network,” we do offer a $200 intake and $175 follow up for licensed therapists. For those who would like to utilize services from our Associates (similar to a resident doctor), their rates are $100 for intakes and follow ups. 

These sessions require payment at the time of session. If you require a receipt, Super Bill, or invoice, please inform your therapist and/or reception and they’ll discuss the preferred process for providing you with these forms.
