About Julie: Julie takes a whole person approach to therapy, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. She believes in the importance of cultivating self-compassion, resilience, and self-awareness. Julie integrates various therapeutic treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused techniques, and psychodynamic approaches, to address people as the unique individuals that they are, not as numbers.
