As a therapist, Kathryn enjoys taking a nonjudgmental approach to helping those she treats to examine difficult areas of themselves and their lives. Incorporating mindfulness into every aspect of her therapeutic style, Kathryn believes far too many people walk through life without acknowledging the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Kathryn believes it is through mindfulness that her clients learn to be more present and comfortable with their authentic self. A graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Kathryn earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. When she is not wearing her therapist hat, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, watching football, reading, and cooking.
