About Carli: With a clinical background in various mental health settings, Carli enjoys working with athletes, people struggling after trauma, and addictive behaviors. A graduate of the USC, Carli prides herself in not only bringing knowledge to therapy sessions, but warmth, compassion, and connection. Carli practices EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness interventions, from which she creates  customized treatment specific to your needs, decreasing anxiety, depression, and symptoms of trauma. In her free time, you can find Carli working out in the pool swimming and coaching young swimmers to their highest potential.
