Melissa uses a combination of therapeutic techniques which include identifying thoughts and feelings leading to problematic behavior, re-examining personal narratives, mindfulness meditation, and faith integration (as preferred). Melissa enjoys creating a warm environment for her clients through integrating soft lighting, music, pillows/blankets, and essential oils as part of the session. Ultimately sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual person seeking services.

The mind is like water, when it’s turbulent it’s difficult to see. When it’s calm, everything becomes clear. The scariest hurdle to overcome is making the brave decision to make the first appointment and we can tackle everything else together. You do not have to be alone in figuring anything out. Let’s work together to calm the waters and bring about balance, peace, and clarity.
