As an EMDR-trained clinician, she provides trauma-informed care through a compassionate, collaborative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating attachment wounds, relational distress, family dysfunction, life transitions, chronic stress, and emotional pain. Kiersten integrates EMDR, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic-based interventions to help clients create meaningful change aligned with their values and goals. She also offers faith integration upon request. Her approach goes beyond symptom management by helping clients understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape their lives.
