About Danielle: Seeking therapy often means something isn’t working the way it used to; or maybe it never has. If you’re here, you might be noticing patterns you want to change, feeling stuck in familiar cycles, or simply wanting a space where you can exhale and feel understood. My therapy style is weaved together by cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, parts work, and art therapy interventions. 

I am also trained in facilitating EMDR. A significant focus mine is helping clients understanding generational cycles through systems-based theories; exploring how family, cultural, and relational dynamics shape current behaviors, emotions, and beliefs. Together, we gently untangle what’s been passed down, make sense of what’s happening now, and create space for new, healthier patterns to emerge.I work collaboratively, honoring your experiences while helping you build insight and skills leading towards a more fulfilled life, at a pace that feels right for you.
