About Nicole: As a therapist, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s presenting concerns and unique needs. I have experience working with clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relational dynamics within marriages, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1, and Gottman’s Affairs and Trauma training.

I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic environment. I’m also not afraid to challenge when it supports growth and healing. Over the past two years as a clinician, I have worked closely with first responders and their families.

I am especially passionate about supporting the first responder community. My brother was a Riverside Police officer who was killed in the line of duty in 2010. This experience shaped my understanding of first responder culture, grief, and resilience. 

I love being with my family, including my 2 dogs! I eat ice cream no matter what the temperature is, and I love spending time outdoors.
