About Matthew: Adolescence is a time of major transition, and for some teens and their families, that journey can be especially challenging. Emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and the impact of recent treatment experiences like RTC, PHP, or IOP can leave everyone feeling overwhelmed. I’m here to support adolescents as they regain their footing and help families rebuild trust, connection, and hope.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified DBT Therapist, and CBT Certified Clinician, I use evidence-based approaches to guide teens toward greater stability, clarity, and purpose. I provide individual therapy and specialize in helping adolescents apply practical skills to the emotional and behavioral challenges they face in everyday life.

Whether it’s anxiety, depression, anger, or a general sense of feeling lost, we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and create a path forward. Drawing from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, my focus is on helping clients build lives that align with their goals and values one step at a time.

I believe in beginning with the end in mind. Early in our work, we’ll develop a comprehensive, goal-oriented plan to guide our work and help you move confidently toward meaningful change.

You don’t have to stay stuck. Real change is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
