About Ashlyn:  I specialize in perinatal mental health, working with individuals through the profound shifts of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. I understand the complexities of this journey, both the joy and the challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, birth trauma, and more.

In addition to my work with expectant and new parents, I am passionate about supporting teens and adults who are experiencing life changes, mood disorders, or relationship challenges. Adolescence is a time of intense personal growth and transformation, and it can be particularly difficult to navigate the pressures of school, social life, and identity formation. I work closely with teens to build confidence, resilience, and coping skills, empowering them to face the challenges ahead. Similarly, for adults, I provide support through major life transitions, whether it’s a career change, relationship strain, or the impact of long-standing personal challenges. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and develop tools for moving forward.
