About Heather: Heather has spent her career in a rural environment where she has gotten to do “a little bit of everything”.  As a result she uses an eclectic approach to therapy, combining an insight orientation with trauma-informed practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Logo & Narrative therapies, all under an overarching feminist lens.  Heather has years of experience working with clients who are trying to improve their close and/or intimate relationships, escape addictions, and who are experiencing parenting or whole family challenges.  Her background in a hospital/medical setting has prepared her to talk to patients about grief & loss, major medical situations and perinatal/women’s health.  She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families.
