My approach in any therapy session is to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to allow people to fully express themselves. My experience in the mental healthcare field is expansive having treated a wide array of complex human issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. My role as a therapist is to assist people in overcoming barriers that might be preventing them from living life to their full potential. One of my greatest passions as a therapist is working with first responders and the loved ones of those connected or related to someone in law enforcement. I pride myself on welcoming people into therapy exactly as they authentically are.
