Elizabeth Aguilar-Godinez is a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist that enjoys working with the Latino community, children, adolescents, and families. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne in 2014.

She has experience working with families, foster/adopted youth, parenting, family conflict, child and adolescent trauma, attachment issues, opposition, ADHD, depression and eating disorders.

Elizabeth knows that life is hard and we all have our unique life stories and face so many obstacles that at times seem to pile up on us. She understands we can start feeling defeated and discouraged. As your therapist, she will work collaboratively with you to help you regain that spark you have within. She firmly believes we all have the capacity within us to overcome our life obstacles and she would be honored to walk alongside you through that journey.

Elizabeth works from an eclectic approach utilizing Family Systems, CBT, Art and Play Therapy and is currently working towards certification in Trauma Focused CBT which helps children and adolescents process trauma.
